Course Methodology

The course helps participants understand concepts and terminologies that will be used in the PMP® including the five project management process groups and the integration of the ten associated knowledge areas. The tests & quizzes are closely aligned with the style of the PMP® exam, aimed at strengthening a candidate’s appreciation of project management principles and practice. The reasoning for deciding the best answer from the 4 multiple choice answers will be discussed The final 3 hours of this program would include a 110 question paper* (simulating the final exam). These questions are specially selected and arranged to help participants recall the course content, familiarity with the PMBOK® navigation (for concepts and jargon), and to confirm that they are aligned with PMI® interpretation of the project management best practices.
