About the Course

This one-day course is designed to plan and implement an Internal Audit program in an organization. The course commences with a brief introduction to quality fundamentals (ice-breaker) and a very brief overview of the popular quality models adopted by Information Technology and Software units, viz. ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI-Dev.

The different types of audit, management of audits and the skills needed to effectively conduct internal audits are covered. The stages of an internal compliance audit are discussed in relative details, with stress on practical implementation of the concepts.
