APMG Change Management Foundation course, developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute, is designed to help organizations and their people manage the impact of change. They provide techniques to effectively plan and implement successful transformation initiatives. By effectively managing change, organizations enhance their performance and achieve their goals.
Understanding the impact of change is crucial to its management. Change can create either positive or negative outcomes. It can lead to increased productivity, improved morale and new opportunities, or it can cause stress, anxiety, and resistance.
APMG Change Management foundation and practitioner training explores how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, change leaders, and organizations.

Exam Format
The APMG International Change Management™ Foundation exam consists of
- 50 multiple choice questions, split across four sections.
- 25 marks are required to pass (out of 50,) a 50% pass mark.
- The exam is closed book and lasts 40 minutes. It is taken online via web proctor.
The purpose of the Foundation certification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of Change Management to work as an informal member of a team working on an organizational change initiative. Also, the Foundation certification is a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification.
This course is delivered in partnership with ProjectingIT which is an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) of APMG International for the Change Management Foundation Course.
