Course Overview
A two day interactive workshop to accelerate your scrum journey and distinguish you as a SCRUM experts.
There is no formal exam to receive your A-CSM certification. At the end of the workshop, the trainer will conduct an assessment to gauge your understanding.

To perform the role of a SAFe Product Owner, attendees should be able to:
- Apply SAFe in the Lean enterprise
- Connect SAFe Lean-Agile principles and values to the PO/PM roles

Prerequisites
- The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster workshop requires previous Scrum knowledge and experience.
- A current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
- At least 12 months of experience as a ScrumMaster within the last five years.
