“The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot.”
Michael Altshuler
Course Overview
We are all busy. Organisations are using fewer people to do more work than before. Tight deadlines, last minute changes, rapid schedules, modern communications and the pace of business increases pressure. Add to that, the modern global working where cultural difference and endless hours need to be managed.
Getting the most out of a 24 hour day is a constant challenge with a bottomless inbox, tonnes of emails, millions of meetings. Too much to do and not enough time to do it is a common problem many people face in the workplace. More than ever we need to be effective in planning our workload and managing our time.
It is interesting to note that Time management is not one skill; it is rather, the effect of many skills combined. These skills include proper prioritisation, planning, prevention, organisation and delegation. In fact failing to plan, prioritise and organise is a recipe for stress.
Although we can’t give you more hours in a day, we can teach you what to do and when to do. This course will show you exactly how to make massive improvements in your personal productivity.
