Course Objectives
This two-day course focuses on pragmatic techniques:
- To persuade: To be able to cause somebody to adopt a certain position.
- To be assertive: Become self-assured and confident without being aggressive or submissive.
- To negotiate: Achieve agreement over conflicted issue.
- To detect logical fallacies: Make sure to be clear about reasoning employed.
This course’s uniqueness is the analytical approach and the amount of knowledge shared into two days.
The class is delivered through a combination of facilitation, discussions, thinking-exercises, brainstorming, anecdotes, and examples.
