Course Overview
Jira & Confluence tools are issue tracking and a collaboration platform commonly used for Agile projects.
This three-day workshop focuses on Software Management in terms of planning, tracking and releasing software including organizing & creating documents, and communicate within team for success.
Participants would learn how Jira and Confluence are structured with hands-on usage for common use cases with focus on both ‘what’ and ‘why’. The course includes demos and hands-on and the participants will learn to use the tools effectively on a day to day basis.
Course Participants will be introduced to Scrum and how these tools are mapped to the Scrum methodology.
Audience
Participants are expected to be software professionals who aspire to use Jira and Confluence to efficiently conduct their business.
Prerequisites
Participants must have reasonable experience with SDLC with issue and documentation management.
Laptop Requirement
The course participants are expected to bring to the class laptop with access to community (or higher) edition of Jira and Confluence
