Certification Overview

Acquiring the designation of Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) indicates a professional level of competence in the principles and practices of quality assurance in the IT profession. CSQAs become members of a recognized professional group and receive recognition of their competence by business and professional associates, potentially more rapid career advancement, and greater acceptance in the role as advisor to management.
 
There are more than 35,000 IT professionals who are CSQA certified in 43 countries.

 

  
Certification Exam

The certification is achieved through a four hour exam made up for four sections; two parts multiple choice and two parts essay and short answer.
 
The two multiple choice parts are required to be completed in 45 minutes and the two essay and short answer parts are required to be completed in one hour and fifteen minutes each.
 
There is a ten minute break between each session.
 
The passing mark is 75% in each of the four papers.
 
The exam shall be scheduled at a Prometric Centre close to your location (www.prometric.com).
