PMI Malaysia

The Project Management Institute Malaysia (PMIMY) is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s leading not-for-profit organization associated with the project management profession. The PMI has a global membership of more than 250,000 as of December 2007. PMIMY was founded in 1994 to advocate and advance project management excellence and discipline in Malaysia.

PMIMY is now in its second decade since its founding in 1994 and has seen a tremendous growth in its membership. To better serve our members and stakeholders, PMIMY in 2005 launched the 10 year Strategic Master Plan (10-SMP) to help chart the next decade developments. The present 2007-09 Governing Council has committed itself to continue developing and implementing the 10-SMP initiatives.
