This two day course covers the basic concepts of Agile programming and how these methodologies can be used within your organisation to improve development processes and reduce ongoing development costs. Agile tries to improve development quality through a rapid and iterative approach. The focus is on customer satisfaction by rapid, continuous delivery of useful software where working software is delivered frequently (weeks rather than months).
