Choosing the Quality Management System
is the simple step, now you have to design new processes or
refine your current process to incorporate the best practices
from your organization’s chosen model (CMMI, ISO9000
etc). How do you go about it so that the processes you develop
will create value and improve productivity, quality and cycle
time? How do you ensure that the processes will be used and
can be continually improved to address ever-increasing demand
for better performance?
In this 2 day workshop, participants will understand the
major approaches to process improvement. Learn how to characterize
their current practice so that they can perform analysis to
determine if it is capable of meeting its process performance
requirements and achieve business goals. Before designing
new processes, you will explore and uncover your process design
requirements. Design methods will then be presented and you
will practice using them to create new processes to improve
its capability. You will be given the opportunity to discover
a method that is suitable for your organization’s environment.
To complete the improvement cycle, you will first learn how
to pilot new processes to ensure that they are able to achieve
the performance you expect. You will then learn how to deploy
processes efficiently and effectively across the organization |
