Time Management

Course Overview Time is in short supply for most working professionals. It is not uncommon for most of us to have almost no time for anything other than what is absolutely necessary.  By all indicators, the demands on our time would only increase going forward.

The constantly evolving technologies, job designs and social economic environment would continue to change the concept of time itself. However, managing time ideally must always be within our controls.

Managers and Executive who manage their time demonstrate increased personal effectiveness and outputs. This translates to increased productivity and likely profits for the organizations they work for.  Good time management practices are likely to influence staff, peers and colleagues.

Decision Makers, Managers and Implementers face their own unique challenges related to time. Fortunately, there has been significant research with many proven techniques for everyone to benefit from.

This two day course is focussed not only on managing and organizing work and time, but also covers related areas like personal effectiveness.
