Workshop Overview Effective written communication is essential for anyone who wishes to excel in today’s competitive business environment. The two day course on Effective Business Writing is a proven program that will help you meet that challenge.  This workshop is divided into four modules, each outlining key requirements for good writing: clear and concise style, knowledge of grammar and structure, appropriate formats for various forms of business writing and basic fundamentals of written business communication.  

The workshop equips participants who have basic to intermediate writing proficiency with skills in projecting the right image, choosing the language best suited to the reader, writing succinct write-ups, reports, and e-mail messages.
